In case you have allergy to certain food your body takes those products as harmful. The products to cause allergic reactions can be quite various but generally they are:
- peanuts and other nuts (walnut, cashew, etc.) - seafood, such as shrimp, shellfish - milk, particularly cow's milk - eggs - soy - wheat - fish
It is important to note that allergies of children and of adults differ. The adults usually suffer from shrimp, lobster, crab, and other shellfish; peanuts (one of the chief foods responsible for severe anaphylaxis); walnuts and other tree nuts; fish; and eggs allergies. Children usually have eggs, milk, peanuts, soy and wheat allergies. Children usually outgrow their allergies. Adults usually do not lose their allergies.
